Donald Ken Essig

Donald Ken Essig made his transition from this life on April 19, 2024. He was born July 14, 1949 to Donald Leo Essig and Evalyn June First. He is survived by son, Matthew (Jessica) Essig of Sorrento, Florida, daughter, Mallory (Riley) Giampaolo of Indianapolis, sister, Julie Summers of Los Angeles, California, brother, Robert Essig (Sherry) of Bozeman, Montana, and granddaughter Melanie Essig. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Aaron Robert Essig. Don was involved in the construction industry and was a member of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis. He attended Florida State University and studied philosophy. He will be remembered as a talented musician and enjoyed playing with his friends and sharing his love of music with his family.
