He was born on January 29, 1957 to Will Mosley, Jr. and Evelyn Stephens Mosley. Don graduated from Crispus Attucks High School and wored in the collections department at several companies, such as Sears, USA Group, J. D. Byrider and Sky Bank.
Don was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves to cherish his life, loving wife, Karla J. Batts Mosley; children: Donald Franklin Mosley and Evelyn Nicole Mosley and stepdaughter Carmen E. Batts Porter, all of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Don was a Deacon at Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church where his visitation will take place on Tuesday, April 15, 2014, from 11am to 1pm, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 1pm. His entombment will immediately follow at Washington Park North Cemetery.
