Douglas Howard Gallion, age 78, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Friday, April 16, 2021. Douglas was born August 27, 1942 in Brownstown, Indiana to the late Alice Elizabeth (McClellan) Gallion and Charles Howard Gallion. He began work as a printer as a young man in high school and worked in printing his entire life. He was a member of Charity Church and loved his family, especially his wife, kids, the grand, and great grandchildren. He enjoyed bowling and fishing in his free time.
Douglas is survived by his wife of 58 years, Jacqueline (Minor) Gallion; daughters, Bonnie Terman and Sherri Stephens (Randy); sister, Jan Scheuner; grandchildren, Jacki Cox (Kevin), Daniel Euliss, Caleb Terman (Hallie), Hannah Keys (Jonathan), and Christopher Ikemire (Brianna); great grandchildren, Cameron Cox, Kennedy Cox, Carson Cox, Kendall Cox, Cohen Keys, Connor Cox, Oliver Schank, Kinsen Keys, and Acacia Keys.
Visitation for Douglas will be held Friday, April 30, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Family Funeral Care-Rockville West, 5791 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46224. His Funeral Service will be Friday, April 30, 2021 at 1:00 PM, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Washington Park North. The funeral service will be live streamed via Family Funeral Care's Facebook Page and by clicking the link in the service section. Please follow guidelines, wearing masks, being distanced, and a capacity of 50 at the funeral home.
