Eric married Schulyer Elder November 14, 2009. In 1970 Eric joined the Air Force. He received a Bachelors of Science from Culver Stockton College and went on to receive a Masters Degree in 1975 from Ball State University. He worked as an Art teacher for the Indianapolis School system for a few years and later as a Guidance Counselor and retired from that position in 2005.
Eric leaves to mourn, his wife Schulyer, daughters Erica and Katie, step daughters Bianca Williams (Seymeon) and Brouix Bolden and five grandchildren. Favorite cousin Craig Griffin and his wife Creola of North Carolina. A favorite Aunt Sandy Griffin of New York. Best friends Kathy and Mike Hirsch and a host of other family and friends.
