A public visitation for Mr. Frank E. Tardy Jr., will be held Friday, October 10th, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home 5252 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46218 followed by a celebration of life service at 12:00 PM.
