86, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 3, 2017. She was born in Indianapolis, IN on March 16, 1930 to the late Calvin and Jennie Sullivan. Penny retired in 1995 with 22 years of service at the Indiana State Library. She was a member of Charity Church. Penny was preceded in death by her husband: Donald L. Duffer, 7 sisters and 2 brothers. She is survived by her daughter: Deborah (Jesse) Gillihan, sister: Orchid Wesley and 2 granddaughters: Amie (Todd) Francis and Angie (JR) DeRossett and 7 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 7, from 4-8 pm at Charity Church, 2700 S. Tibbs Avenue Indianapolis, In 46241. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 8, at 11:00 AM at Charity Church with visitation from 10:00 AM until time of service. Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
