Gabriel Stuart Dickey, age 25, of Plainfield, Indiana passed away at his home on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. Gabriel was born in Danville, Indiana at 8:35pm on Friday, January 9, 1998 to Lisa and Cory Dickey.
He graduated from Cascade HS with the class of 2016. He was employed as a tree trimmer for Asplundh Tree, a job he loved.
As a child, Gabriel was infatuated with tractors, enjoyed playing baseball and was a HUGE WWE fan. As he got older, he enjoyed rapping with his friends and brothers and writing rap songs but loved all the music genres, particularly heavy metal. He was also a huge horror and scary movie fan.
He was the most beautiful blue eyed boy and was the sweetest and goofiest guy around. He was always cracking jokes and laughing his infectious laugh. He was always there for his friends when they needed him, even when he was hurting. He was the most gentle giant anybody ever met and he gave the most incredible hugs!
Gabe was an incredible brother. He cared so much for his 3 younger brothers. They always enjoyed playing 2K, watching movies together, and having deep conversations during nature walks. He was the greatest protector to his big and little sisters. If the girls were lucky, we got to do his hair and makeup. He had a patience with his sisters unlike any other.
Our hearts are forever broken and changed but we will always remember all of the good times and memories we had with Gabe. We would like for all who loved him to do the same.
Gabriel is survived by his mother Lisa (Phil) Neville, his father Cory (Bobbi Jo) Dickey, his brothers, Houston, Maverick and Camden Dickey, sisters Alyssa Dickey, Michelle, Shelby and Raelin Neville and Remi Davis, grandparents, Joseph Worden, John and Linda Dickey as well as aunts Laurie (James) Filsinger, Christa Dickey Honea and uncles Christopher Worden and Chad Dickey.
