64, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away March 11, 2018. Gary was born June 5, 1953 in Indianapolis, IN the son of the late Kenneth E. Hicks and Marian P. Elsbury. He was the UAW coordinator with Allison’s where he has worked for the past 44 years. He is survived by his wife; Linda, children; Sherri (Bob) Boxell, Gary, Jr. (Wendy), Kenny, David Duncan, Shawnda (Trace) Meek and Mark Duncan, sister; Marcia (Leon) Skinner, brother; Kenny (Nancy) Hicks, 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by a son; Jim Duncan and brother; Billy Hicks.
