51, Rancho Cucamonga, passed away April 8, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Lisa M. Black; mother, Sheila Black; daughter, Symone Black-Fujiwara (Kalani); son, Malik Black; grandson, Kai Fujiwara; brother, Gregory Black; and a host of other extended relatives and friends.
