Harold James Anderson was born in Memphis, TN to Howard Anderson and Alberta M. Fields, on July 29, 1960. He went to school and graduation from Arsenal Tech High School. Harold moved from Los Angeles CA to Indianapolis IN at the age of 17. He has worked numerous jobs, like Harlan Bakeries and Jiffy Lube.
Harold went by Lord Harold, King James, Mud Bone, and Unc. Harold started his faith at Joshua Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Joseph Tunstill, later joining New Haven Missionary Baptist Church, with Bishop Charles H. McClain.
There is nothing Harold could not do. He became the “Dish Washer” at all family gatherings. There was no mess TOO BIG! If we got punished, and couldn’t drive, he’d drive us. He did side jobs like no bodies business. Harold loved to play cards, and dominos. 6, 9, & 12 were his favorite. If you didn’t know how to play, he was always happy to teach you. Overall, he had the best jokes and would say anything to calm any situation.
Harold is preceded in death by his mother, Alberta M. Fields, and his father Howard Anderson.
Survived by his wife Zainab Olabisi Alonge, 6sisters and 1 brother: Bettye Crutcher-Barnes, Nellie L. Ward(Geno), Carolyn Walker, Doris Fields(Anne), Gerald Blakemore, Sandra Fields-Taylor, Lucille Rainey(Melvin). 17 nieces and nephews and a host of great nieces and nephews.
