Jack L Jordan

Of Indianapolis, passed away in the arms of his loving family on April 14, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents Wilson and Martha (Nicely) Jordan.

Jackie graduated from Franklin Township Schools where he met the love of his life Sharon K. (Hines), they would have celebrated their 55th Anniversary April 28.

He retired from Ford Motor Company where he worked for 25 years, and was a member of LifePoint Church on Combs Rd.

Jackie is survived by his loving wife Sharon K. Jordan; son Michael (Marianne) Jordan; daughter Melissa (Tim) Mitchell; grandsons Jordan and Joshua Mitchell, and Zach Jordan; and great-granddaughter Emalyn Jane K. Tomaw.

He never let his physical disabilities overcome him. He knew God was in Control. He had an inner strength and has compassion for everyone from our Lord God. Jackie loved traveling with his family especially his grandchildren. He never let his illness alter his convictions in the Lord, and was an inspiration to all who knew him.

Visitation will be on Saturday April 23rd from 11:00 AM- 2:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM in the funeral Home Burial to follow at Acton Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
