Jack Central Shaw Jr.

Jack was born in Mounds, Illinois to his parents Lucille (Scott) Andrews and Jack Central Shaw, Sr. on February 24, 1934.

Jack attended public school in Mounds, Illinois. Later, he moved to Indianapolis and joined the military serving as an Air Force Police. While serving in the military, Jack also spent time in the Philippines.

Jack was employed at Robert Long Hospital, Indianapolis and later found work at St Vincent's hospital.

Jack is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents Nathaniel Scott, St and Berniece Scott. Jack is survived by his cousin, Berna (Scott) Harris McDonald and her son Michael Nathaniel Harris.

A visitation for Jack will be held Tuesday, May 20, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 700 W. 38th St., Indianapolis, IN 46208.
