I was so sorry to hear of James’ passing. He was a good friend in high school. I enjoyed seeing his posts and talking with him on Facebook. I wish I would have visited him in Indiana. My deepest sympathy and prayers to all of his family and friends.

I'm so sorry for James' passing. I knew him growing up but lost touch after high school but his personality was big enough back then that there's no way he could be forgotten. :) His loved ones, friends and family alike, are all in my prayers.

I had the pleasure to get to know James over the last 6 years his sense of humor, warm voice, singing, words of encouragement and uplifting positive energy will be greatly missed. What started as two guys starting a new job together blossomed into a brotherhood. If you knew James you knew he had a way with people he could make a stranger feel loved his presence alone could fill an empty room. I send my condolences to his friends and family, let’s all remember the good times we were blessed to have with him.

I have so many memories of James throughout elementary and high school. While I didn't see him much after graduation it was always nice to see his posts on Facebook and see him doing well. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. I'm sending prayers and strength to his family during this  difficult time. 

I’m writing this as I reflect on my big cousin, James. I have so many memories of birthday parties and holidays celebrations at his family’s house in Windham, OH. It always took awhile to drive out there, but it remember all the space and the different pace of life that existed there. James was always bringing laughter, along with our cousin, Ricky.  I was kind of a “runt” and they both were athletic and it took a while for me to feel like I fit in with them. But I remember how they took an interest in my musical talents and supported me as I got older. James always seemed like a leader but he also carried a big amount of love for family. He carried the name of his dad as well as our grandfather and I’m praying that the best of the Foreman legacy continues in some way. 
I’m praying for God’s strength and peace as our family deals with this loss and I pray that God will continue to bring comfort as only He can.

Man this one hurts. You were a mentor and one of the biggest influences on my life. Many years we spent knowing each other and hanging out. 
 Taught me a lot from rapping to being a decent black man in society. I will forever miss you and your thoughts. You gave me my first hymn book to practice piano. Told me to never quit playing no matter what anyone says. I still play. I love you brother. Look in on my from time to time if you can.
