James “Jim” Allen Wagner, 52, of Indianapolis passed away on Thursday, January 21. He was born in Phoenix, Arizona. Son of the late Allen Richard and Dorothy Margaret (Clark) Wagner. He served in United States Navy. Jim worked for Bell & Howell as a Technician. He recently received an Honor for 15 years of service. He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed fishing.
Jim is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Billi Wagner; children, Scarlett Jo, Jakob Allen, Annalia Marie, Riley Kailen, Trinity Jade, and Orion Micah; siblings, Lynn Marie Peoples, Richard Allen Wagner, Stephen Joseph Wagner, Kenneth Thomas Wagner, and Mary Michaeleen McBride; and several nieces and nephews. Jim was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Ann Marie Algandar.
