Jannie had a work ethic that was unstoppable. Jannie was always known for her hardworking and diligent will. Jannie was a hard worker but all that hard work paid off when she could spend all her free time with her children and grandchildren. Nothing was more important than her family and the love that she would share with them was never ending.
Maya Angelou once said "Nothing will work unless you do." The work she did was always appreciated by her family as it added value to their daily lives. Through Jannie her family learned, loved, grew, and prospered from her wisdom, love, bright attitude, and work ethic she shared with all who loved her. Jannie was a light to all in her life and she will be missed by those who knew her.
Jannie is survived by; daughter Charlottle Holt; daughter Tomella Edmonds; and daughter Frances Beatrice Bright; granddaughter Jannie Brown-Churchill; granddaughter Areatha Dudley; grandson Anthony Pope; grandson Vance Edmonds; grandson Frank Pope; granddaughter Tiffany Edmonds; granddaughter Debbie Edmonds; granddaughter Eboné Brown; grandson Ronnell McCurty; and grandson Terrell Newton. Ms. Bright also leaves behind numerous great great grandchildren.
Jannie was preceded in death by; daughter Barbara Bright-Rodgers; father Anthony Martin and mother Tomella Martin; brother Tony Martin; brother Samuel Martin; brother Robert Estleman and sister Evenly Baul; granddaughter Keyuna Bright.
