JB was preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years, Barbara Knight and his 11 siblings.
JB is survived by his son David (Barbara) Knight; his daughter Theresa (Herb Ficklin) Lambdin, 5 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
JB retired from Allison's Transmission after 35+ years. He loved being outdoors spending time hunting and fishing. He was a family man that was always willing to lend a hand to any friends or neighbors in need.
He will be missed by many.
A visitation for JB will be held Sunday, March 3, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Family Funeral Care-Rockville West, 5791 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46224. A second visitation will occur Monday, March 4, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM.
JB will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery, 425 N Holt Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46222.
