Kathleen M. Hahn

of Indianapolis, departed this life November 18, 2010. She was born December 24, 1933 in Madison, SD to John and Ruth (Grant) Lang. Kathleen earned her teaching degree from the University of South Dakota and would go on to teach for IPS and Indianapolis Parochial Schools. She was a longtime and dedicated member of St. Matthew Catholic Church and St. Christopher Catholic Church in Speedway, Indiana. And was a member of the Guardian Angel Guild and Immaculate Conception Discussion Group. For many years, Kathleen volunteered for the Society of Vincent de Paul, Fatima Retreat House and St. Mary’s Child Center. She is preceded in death by her infant son, parents and sister, Margaret Lang Hahn. Kathleen is survived by her beloved husband of 48 years, Richard F. “Dick” Hahn; children, Jennifer (Garry) Clifton, Elizabeth (Campion) Ellis and Matthew (Aida) Hahn; grandchildren, Joshua and Jonathan Clifton and Alexander, Margaret and Ryan Ellis; sister, Anna Ruth Lang; brother John (Ann) Lang and seven nieces and two nephews. Visitation for Kathleen will be from 4 – 8 PM Monday, November 29, 2010 in Feeney-Hornak Keystone Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 30th in St. Matthew Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery.
