

Kevin E Wallace was born Jan 15th, 1958 to Chester and Rozella Wallace, in Indianapolis, IN. He received his primary and secondary Education in the Indianapolis Public School systems attending school #37 and Arsenal Technical High School where he was apart of the R.O.T.C
Kevin processed a hope in Christ at an early age at Mount Carmel Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Dr TT Newman where he sang in the choir and served on the usher board. In October of 1978 Kevin joined the US Navy at the USS CORAL SEA until he finished his term in December of 1982 where he was released from active duty & transferred to Naval Reserve.
"Cowboy' as he was known by all of his nieces and nephews due to him always wearing that COWBOY hat that he loved so much! He was all about family!! He loved playing cards & don't think about coming to the table without any quarters!! Even if you didn't have any money he would say come on let's play anyway and I will put you up! He always had a story to tell!! Especially the one about him marrying a lady in the Philippines & them having a daughter together!! LOL we still waiting to meet the daughter!! Or him calling one of us saying hey one of yall bring me one of those movies I like!! LOL definitely can't forget about his diet cokes and bbq chips that he loved so much!!
Uncle Kevin departed this life On September 22, 2018 at the age of 60 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents Chester & Rozella Wallace, his brothers, Michael Wallace and Rev Frederick Wallace Sr., his sister Cynthia Wallace & his only nephew Frederick Wallace Jr.
Uncle Cowboy leaves to cherish his memories to his nieces Angela, Amber (Patrick), Kelly, LaTasha & Sierra. His sister in laws Chris Wallace and Mary Ann Wallace. His aunt Ethel of Forest, Mississippi & his aunt Georgia Jones of Indianapolis, In. His Great Nieces Kiarra, Makayla, Corriona, ChrisLynn, Paris, RaeLynn, Hayden, Zaria & Kaydence. A host of cousins & friends!
Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 5, 2018 at Crown Hill Funeral Home, with funeral service beginning at 12 p.m. Burial: New Crown Cemetery.
