Laina Lee Winslow

Laina is survived by her husband of 36 years: Jerry Winslow, children; Shawn, Andrea, Jason and Joshua(Amy) Moore; Tyler Winslow and Nadia(John) Feister, sister: Lori Drennan and 9 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers: John and Gerry Chapman.

Known fondly by many as 'Miss Laina' or 'Mimi', Laina taught dance, tumbling and gymnastics for many years. She also had a daycare in her home and loved caring for all of her 'kids'.

Laina also taught aerobics and worked at The Chocolate Moose.

A long time member of St. Augustine Episcopal Church, Laina served the church in several capacities. All who knew Laina knew she could be counted on for a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, or for some sage advice. Her absence will be felt deeply .

Memorial services will be held on February 25, 2023 at 11:00am at St Augustine Episcopal Church, 600 N Washington St, Danville, IN 46122.
