Laura Lee George

Viewing will be 10am-1pm at Crown Hill's Gothic Chapel on Oct 10th. Funeral services will begin at 1pm, burial will follow at Crown Hill cemetery.

Laura George was born in Chicago Illinois to Carol Micheletto & Warren McPhillips. She married Clinton George Sr on October 25th 1980 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She graduated Lake Central High school in '72 then went on to attend classes at Indiana Business college for shorthand, typing and evening school for Word Processing.

After school she had assorted jobs in Data entry. She was later employed from 1987-1998 in Card Services at Service Corp/Indiana Credit Union League before retiring from Administrative duties at Ely Lilly in 2018 after 17 years of service.

In her past time she had a love for art, sewing, music and gardening.

Laura is preceded in death by her Grandparents Lillian & Patrick McPhillips, Uncle Luke Lulich, former husband Clinton George, sibling in-laws; Laura "Bone" Edwards Louise, Flora & Harry George jr.

Laura is survived by her son Brian George, step children Ricky Henry, Lucretia Medrano, Linda, Renard Smith, Clinton George Smith Jr, brother in-law Clifton George, Mother Carol Micheletto and many nieces, nephews & extended family
