Lewis Dennis Presley, age 76, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024. Lewis was born July 12, 1947 in Braddock, Pennsylvania the son of the late Erman and Josephine Presley.
Lewis was an aircraft mechanic for United Airlines from 1989 until 2004 when he medically retired. He had previous worked for Westinghouse for 21 years. He was also a Air Force veteran serving from 1968 to 1972. Lewis and his family attended St. Gabriel Catholic Church for many years.
Lewis is survived by his wife of 57 years; Bonnie Presley, daughters; Lisa (Scott) King, Helen (Jake) Ludlow and Brandi (Edward) Whyel, grandchildren; Lewis, Michael, Elaina, Jacob, Bonnie Lew, Eddie, Joshua and Sarah and a great granddaughter; Jaydin. Lewis is also survived by his sister Jennifer Brown and her son Joe Brown (Tara) and preceded in death by his sister Jennifer's son the late Robert (Bob) Brown.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a future date.
