Lydia lived to serve others and touched many lives. Our family and friends mourn our loss and celebrate her life.
She is survived by her husband, Steven Wolfe, her daughter Michelle Elizabeth Hopkins Leslie, her grandchildren Makaylee Marie Madison and Matthew Thomas Leslie, and her brother Michael Lambert.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2015, 1pm at Elevation Church of Indianapolis, 8902 S. Sherman Dr. Indianapolis, IN 46237. In lieu of flowers, please honor Lydia with donations to Horizon House, an organization serving the homeless of Indianapolis.
