Margaret H. Quinn

60, departed this life on December 4, 2010 after a courageous battle against lung cancer. Margaret was born July 15, 1950 in Indianapolis IN to Francis B. and Barbara Flynn Quinn. A 1968 graduate of Bishop Chatard High School, she graduated cum laude from Indiana University in 1972, where she was a member of Delta Gamma sorority. Upon graduation from IU, she moved to San Francisco CA where she resided until 1985 when she returned to Indianapolis. While in San Francisco she worked for the Law Office of Melvin Belli. Upon returning to Indianapolis she held several sales management positions most recently Jacobson’s and Saks Fifth Avenue department stores. Margaret is survived by her father Francis B. Quinn, brothers - Patrick J., Michael F. (Ann), Timothy M., John J. (Mary Helen) Barney (Claudia Somes, MD) and Terence V. (Mary), sisters - Mary Q. Williams (Jon), Lolly Q. Quagliarello (John, MD), Katherine Q. Kelley, Libby Q. Hahn (Greg) and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by many loving friends and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her mother Barbara Flynn Quinn on April 14, 1992 and two brothers Kevin Andrew Quinn on March 29, 1977 and Daniel (Dino) Gerard Quinn on April 28, 2010 and her loving aunt Elle Quinn. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 am, Wednesday, December 8th at St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church, 4217 North Central Avenue, Indianapolis with calling one hour prior to services at the church. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor in Margaret’s memory.
