Marvin Carl Emrich

Funeral services will be held at a later date. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.

Marvin was born in Indianapolis to Carl and Florence Emrich on September 15, 1934. He went to Washington and Pike Township High Schools. He graduated from Pike Township High School in 1952. He married Rita Emrich on April 20, 1963 in Indianapolis. He attended Indiana Central. He worked for GM-Gas Turbine for 38.5 years. He was involved in Plainfield Christian Church and Greencastle Masonic Lodge. Marvin is survived by his wife Rita (Vest), daughter, Amy Ganzberg (Vince), son, Brian Emrich (Megan Brodzinski), daughter-in-law, Margo Emrich (Cornforth), 8 grandchildren and nieces, Karen Bitner (Niemeyer) and Debbie Nelson (Niemeyer). Marvin was preceded in death by sons, Eric Emrich and Kurt Emrich and sister Virginia Niemeyer.
