Mary Catherine Rose

Mary Catherine Rose, age 69, of Plainfield, Indiana passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021. Mary was born September 12, 1952, in Indianapolis, to the late Charles and Rita Wesco. Mary was a free spirited, old soul hippy at heart and never knew a stranger. She was fortunate enough to be able to be a stay at home mom for her children while they were growing up. She loved being a mom and was not only a mother to her own children, but to many that were not hers. Their home was the "hangout" for all the kids friends. She was kind, authentic, genuine and never had a judgmental word to say about anyone. It was very important to her that no matter what was happening that everyone was included. She was tough, giving and humble.

Mary is survived by her loving wife of 25 years; Lisa Musser, children; Jason M. Guthrie, Angela (David) Carpenter, Sarah (Brian) Clem and Natasha Lambertson, grandchildren; Carrie (Brian), Shelly, Mary, DJ, Alyssa, Lauren, Avery, Alayna and Isaac, along with her siblings; Steven (Karen) Couch, Brenda Wooten, Sheila (Paul) Jackey, Ronnie (Rene) Coryell, Chris (Pat) Clark and Carla

(Don) Broadhead.

Mary is preceded in death by her brother; Tommy Coryell.

A Celebration of Mary's Life will be held at a later date.
