Mona was born in Indianapolis to Chester and Geneva Honeycutt.
She was married to Albert Burton Sr., on June 26, 1971, in Marion Co., and worked in customer service for 40 plus years.
Mona is preceded in death by her father, mother, brother, and husband, sister-in-law and grandson.
Mona is survived by her three children Geneva, Tamara, and Albert Jr., (Amanda Daughter-in-Law), brothers William and James (Cindy, Sister-in-law). She has 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
A Graveside Service for Mona will be held Friday, August 1, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 700 W. 38th St., Indianapolis, IN 46208.
