89, Indianapolis, passed away August 18, 2011. He was a World War II veteran and a retiree of Dow Chemical Company following 38 years of dutiful service. He is survived by his wife, Minnie Bailey; son, Howard Jr.; daughters, Tola Lewis (John), Flora Jefferson (Willie); 6 grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren.
