

WILLIAM E. BEARD was the third child of ten children born to the union of William and Luerine Jones-Beard in Holly Springs, MS. He was born May 11, 1956. William professed his hope in Christ in 1977 and joined Barrington area Church of Christ.
WILLIAM graduated from Arsenal Technical High School in June, 1975. His majors were auto mechanics and carpentry.
After graduating, he enlisted in the United States Army. His 1st tour was June, 1975 to April, 1978 he worked as a cannon crewman and motor transporter for the United States Army. His tour ended in 1978 where he received a General Discharge.
May, 1978 through December, 1978 William became a truck and van driver for United Parcel Service. In January, 1979 he was employed by an worked for various trucking transportation companies.
In January, 1980 through January, 1983 William re-enlisted in the United States Army and became a private driver for the Chief of Staff during the period of August, 1979 to March, 1980. He also worked in motor transportation.
WILLIAM ended is 2nd military tour in 1983 receiving an Honorable Discharge. After which, he was employed by various companies such as the Jewish Community Center working in the maintenance department, as a truck driver for Swift, Panther, Indianapolis Metro Transit Systems, Kroger and other heavy capacity vehicles transportation.
On November 2, 2012 WILLIAM E. BEARD said a final goodbye and took his final tour to meet and join his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; Psalms 139. Brothers who have departed: John Paul, Estell and Darnell.

Beard (of California) and Randy Beard; one nephew, Lenell Beard, Jr.; five nieces, Lavica Beard, Catrina Barnett, Stacia Swanigan, Alisha Beard-Moore and Jessica Beard; four great nephews, Lavonte, Joshua, Anthony and Omarion; six great nieces, Lenica, Miyana, Aaliyah, Azaria, Canasia and Samara; a host of special aunts and uncles, especially aunt Lucy Jones, Dorothy Stinson and Verlean Echols, and uncle James Beard; special friend Glenn Johnson of Mississippi and Reverend James Price of Indianapolis.
