Mr. Charles W. Black, 69, of Indianapolis, passed away on September 2, 2017.He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Debra Black; sons: Charles, Carl and Chris; daughters: Tammy Black and Arellia Black; sisters: Ella Thomas, Beverly Jimison and Lois Tolliver and a host of extended family and friends.His visitation is Thursday, September 14, 2017, 10am - 11am with the service at 11am in Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel. Burial in Sutherland Park.
