Mr. Edward Arthur Banton, Sr., 75, Indianapolis, passed away on October 12, 2016.Mr. Banton had been an entrepreneur in the restaurant business and retired as a cook from Daddy Jacks. He was a member of New Fellowship Family Church.He leaves to cherish his memory and celebrate his life, loving wife, Bobbia Banton; children: Rae Jones (Kerry), Peva Wells (Bobby), Alphonso Banton (Joyce) and Edward Banton, Jr.; siblings: John L. Banton (Ellena), Bo Davis (Bonnie), Mary J. Banton and Kathy McClain (Ben); 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends. The visitation is Wednesday, October 19, 10am - 12pm, with the service at 12pm at New Fellowship Christian Church. The entombment will immediately follow in Washington Park North Cemetery.
