Mr. Julius M. Alexander, 82, of Indianapolis, transitioned from labor to reward on the night of February 14, 2018. He retired from General Motors and the Columbia Club. Mr. Anderson was also a United States Air Force Veteran. Julius leaves to cherish his memory and celebrate his life, long term companion, Delores Effort; daughter, Elizabeth Grace Sanders; stepbrother, Maurice Barr; 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. The visitation is Thursday, February 22, 2018, 9am - 11am, with the service at 11am in Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel. The interment is in Marion National Cemetery.
