Richard Mills passed away on May 21, 2015. He was born on December 26, 1938 in Indianapolis, In to Reed Mills Sr. and Margaret Ferguson Mills. He retired from the United States Air Force in 1979. He is survived by his wife Dana; sons, Richard Mills Jr, Michael Mills, and Reed A. Mills.; brother Reed Mills Jr; six grandchildren and 8 great- grandchildren.
