75, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 25, 2011. He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife, Shirley T. Phelps; sons, John H. Phelps, III, John E. Phelps (Brittany); daughters, Tiongco Phelps, Ariana Hoskins (John), Samantha Johnson; 14 grandchildren; and a host of other extended relatives and friends.
