Mr. Porter Lee Whatley, Jr., 83, Indianapolis, passed away on February 15, 2017. He had been a construction worker for many years. The visitation is Tuesday, February 28, 2017, 10am - 11am, with service at 11am in Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home. The interment is in Sutherland Park Cemetery.
