Mr. Raymond L. Cooper, 58, Indianapolis, passed away on December 25, 2016. He was a United States Army Veteran and had been a Hair Stylist. Mr. Cooper leaves to cherish his memory, son, Alajuan Cooper; daughter, Aja Cooper; stepdaughters, Stecia Bass and Krystal Hibbit; brothers James Cooperand Kenneth Harper; 7 grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. The visitation is Monday, January 30, 2017, 10am - 11am, with the Memorial Service at 11am in Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel.
