Mr. Terry L. Harris, 53, Indianapolis, passed away on July 12, 2017. Mr. Harris retired from the United States Army and was a 32nd Degree Mason. He was also a member of New Direction Church. He leaves to cherish his memory, father, Mr. Melvin Harris; children: Brandon Harris, Terry Harris, Arthur Harris and Georgya Harris; siblings: Bernard Harris, Cartright Harris, Felecia Harris-Williams and Stephanie Harris and a host of extended family and friends. Terry first visitation is Thursday, July 20, 2017, 5pm - 8pm at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home. The second visitation is Friday, July 21, 2017, 9am - 10am with the Homegoing Celebration at 10am at New Direction Church, 5330 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis. The burial is in Marion National Cemetery.
