Frances Marshall Burch 104, Indianapolis, passed away July 25, 2009. Frances was the eldest of four siblings and was preceded in death by her brother William Henry Marshall, and sister Oneida Adelaide Burrus. Survivors who cherish her memory are her sister Mildred Hall (Luther Hall), nephew Luther E. Hall, III. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. in Crown Hill Home on Thursday July 30, 2009.
