She later relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana, where she attended the Indianapolis Public School System and worked at United Service Hospital for 17 years, retiring in 2002.
Lucille was a loving sister, a very kind person, had a good heart, and loved her family very much. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Ms. Lucille Spann departed this life on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at the age of 72 years, 9 months, and 6 days.
She leaves to cherish her memory: companion of 37 years, Jerry Powell; twin sister, Louise Stubbs; brother, Lawrence C. (Dorothy) Spann; four nieces, Denise, Diane, Janice, and Yolonda; two grandnieces, Kelsea and Crystal; one grandnephew, Jard; and a host of other relatives and friends.
