

Nancy was a nurse and worked at Riley Hospital for Children in the burn unit for many years, she then worked at Decatur Central as their school nurse, retiring in 2001. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and a past Worthy Matron. Her true passion was Damar Services, Inc. where she volunteered her time and money to help promote their work with those having special needs; up to and including lobbying the Indiana State House for funding. She received much recognition from the nonprofit company for her tireless, outstanding work.
Nancy is survived by her son; Charles E. "Charlie" Lippens, III (Michellé), sister; Sherry (John) Bryant, sister-in-law; Ruth Howell, brother; Jerry (Marie) Collinson, grandson; Charles E. "Chase" Lippens IV (Simon), niece; Julie, 2 great nieces; Sophia and Hannah, and niece and nephew of the heart; Mandy (John) Goings and Wade (Jenny) Wingler. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband; Charles "Chuck" E. Lippens, Jr., and son, Andrew H. (Andy) Lippens.
A visitation for Nancy will be held Sunday, June 22, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Family Funeral Care, 5791 Rockville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46224. Following the viewing will be a funeral service at 3:00 PM at Family Funeral Care-Rockville West, 5791 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46224.
Nancy will be laid to rest in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, 1977 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, Indiana 46143.
