Patricia Lowe Palmer, 69, Fishers, passed away on June 2, 2014. She was a member of Fishers Church of Christ. She was the Director of Nursing Casleton Healthcare Center and she was the President of the Red Hat Society.
Her father, Theodore Dukes, mother, Edelle F. Lowe preceded her in death.
She leaves to cherish her memory, loving husband, Nathan T. Palmer, son, Nathan T. Palmer II (Emily), daughter, Torria McDoe (Greg), sister, Queen Swinton (Robert), 3 grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. Her burial will take place in Arlington National Cemetery.
