

78, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 16, 2014. Patricia was born August 11, 1936 in Boston, MA to the late Frank and Concetta (Sciaraffa) Lena. She was a ray of sunshine who brightened the lives of everyone she knew. She loved gardening, cooking and watching the birds at her backyard feeders. Many Eastsiders were known to clamor at her door for her Italian cooking. She was known as Miss Pat and loved by generations of children she cared for at St. Simon daycare. Three words: Loving, Generous and Caring. Three more words: Optimistic, Jovial and Selfless. She enjoyed speaking Italian and playing piano. She worked for Walker Information as a telephone interviewer for 23 years, retiring in 1996. Patricia was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and GoldenAires. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years: Raymund E. Williams, 3 sons at birth, Dominic Gerard, Raymund Paul and Eugene Francis and grandson William Foster Black II in infancy and an adult daughter Kristen Marie Dwenger, sisters: Elvira Luongo, Tess DiCicca, Mary Church and Angela Cogliano, brother: Sam Lena. Patty is survived by her loving family: Kenneth (Tami) Williams, Kathryn (Tim) Aebly, Keith (Marie) Williams, Karen (Mitch) Black, 19 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, November 21, from4:00 –7:00 pm at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary with a rosary prayer service to follow. Visitation will also be one hour prior to the service St. St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, November 22, 10:00 am in St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
