90, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family August 12. 2014. He was born in New Castle, IN. to the late Pearl and Marjorie Hoover.
Paul built cars for Studebaker and airplanes engines for Bendix during World War II in South Bend, IN. He then moved to the Indianapolis and was a Building Supervisor for Crest Communities and Ryland Home.
Paul is survived by his daughter Paula (Ronald d’Avis) Hoover, who always considered him the “World’s Greatest Dad”; nephew Ed Hubbard and niece Faye West.
He was preceded in death by his wife Rose Hoover; and sisters Vera Hubbard and Neva Boardman.
Visitation will take place Saturday August 16, 2014 from 11:00 AM—1:00 PM at Little and Sons Funeral Home Stop 11 Chapel followed by a funeral service at 1 PM in the funeral home. Burial Washington Park East.
