Peggy was born March 17, 1947, in Anderson, IN, to Charles Wagner and Flora Oshier Wagner. She graduated from St. Mary's Catholic High School in 1965, worked for several years in the cafeteria at Anderson High School, and retired from Firestone. She married Ronald B. Ledford on December 30, 1992, and lived her entire life on Jefferson Street in Anderson, IN. Peggy was an avid card player (Euchre and Cribbage) and was a member of the Hand in Foot Card Club. Peggy was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend. She touched the lives of so many and will be deeply missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Flora Wagner, brother George Wagner, sisters Margaret Parrish, Shirli Wicker, Mary Bowling, and her husband Ronald Ledford. She is survived by her children Eric Ramsey (Gary), Dawn Ramsey, Leif Ramsey, Ian Ramsey (Tracy), and Brandi Ramsey, grandchildren Kegan (Esther), Trevor (Victoria), Cierra, Payton, Tori, Weston, Tilus, and Maycee, grant-grandchildren Lillian, Trip, and Maverick, brothers Bob Wagner, Chuck Wagner, Larry Wagner, and Donnie Wagner, and her best friend since childhood, Diana Ritchey.
