Richard Ellis Noel Sr., age 67, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Richard was born June 19, 1954. He is survived by his loving wife, Lucreshia Teress Noel; children, Ramone Hutchins, Vania Noel, Tyniece Emerson, Fanessa Jones and Damon Jones; step-children, Kai Bird (Kevin), Kiaget Davis, Jah Jah Minka and Jaliyah Minka; brothers, Kenneth Neville, Donald Noel and William Noel; and sisters, Pamela Gaddie and Aurelia Noel; and a host of nieces, nephews, other extended relatives and friends.
A graveside service for Richard will be held Friday, December 17, 2021 at 2:30 PM in Sutherland Park Cemetery.
