Robert “Bob” Dietrich a very giving man and generous volunteer, passed away at his home in Beech Grove, Indiana on November 29, 2011 at the age of 51.He was born in St. Francis Hospital in Beech Grove but raised in Greenwood where he graduated from Greenwood High School.Bob worked for many years at Indiana Bell, Ameritech, SBC and ATT. He later worked for IBM. Bob’s last position was working as the coordinator for volunteers at the Heartland Truly Moving Pictures.
His volunteer work included the Indianapolis Zoo, former President of the Pioneers at Indiana Bell distributing food for the homeless, the Damien Center, serving Thanksgiving dinner at Mozel Sanders and was a volunteer for the upcoming Super Bowl at Lucas Oil Stadium.
