Robert J. Fields

He attended Indianapolis Public High School and graduated from Crispus Attucks High School. He then enlisted in the United States Navy receiving an Honorable Discharge.

He worked at International Harvester for many years until illness forced his retirement.

Robert always love to go to the casino, play cards, bus trips, watching sports and western on TV. Jazz In the Park was one of his favorite pastimes. He loves going to family reunions to see everyone.

Being with the family was very important to him. He loved his children very much. They could always depend on him. He was a friend to everyone. He would always lend a helping hand to anyone.

Robert James Fields departed on January 5, 2022 at the age 92 years 2 months 12 days.

He leaves to his memories his long time forever companion Bernice Broady; sons Darin (Rosemary) Fields, Steven(Shawna) Fields; daughters Cynthia Fields, Karen (Michael) Evans, Hope Baker; daughters-in-law

Martha Fields, Randa Fields; sister-in-law Barbara Fields; grandchildren, great grandchildren. great-great grandchild, nieces, nephews, cousins and host of friends.

Robert was a loving, proud considerate gentleman.
