Robert Lynn "Bob" Terry

Robert Lynn "Bob" Terry, age 78, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Friday, May 13, 2022. Bob was born July 3, 1943 in Sparta, Tennessee to the late Clennie Terry and Henry Cleeve Terry. He joined the Army as a young man and served 2 terms in Vietnam and manage to avoid any injury. Bob joined the American Legion and was Past Commander at Post 355 and VFW and was a lifetime member at Post 5864. He worked as foreman at Terry Pools and was the best at manning the gunite hose. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, and fishing. Bob also loved to work on his 57 Chevy Bel Air and was everyone's favorite uncle. He loved all his family, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren but was most deeply in love with his wife who he made sure knew she was beautiful and that he loved her 100's of times a day. Bob is survived by his wife of 43 years, Linda (Stringer) Terry; children, Robert Lynn Francis (Leah), Lori McDuffee (Ed), David Tucker (Kelly Meier), Malissa Terry, Lisa Richardson (Tony), Greg Terry (Tracy Harding), and Jennifer Stahl (Bill); siblings, Carl Terry and Lucy Brundage; grandchildren, Mason Terry, Marshall, Mya, Lucianne, Bronson, Rachel, Emily, Derrion, Christian, Anna, Garrett, Noah, Olivia, Jackson, Jacob, and Jaden; and 7 great grandchildren. Visitation for Bob will be Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 4901 E Stop Eleven Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46237. His Funeral Service will be Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Little & Sons Funeral Home with burial and military honors to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Greenwood, Indiana.
