Sandy graduated from Shortridge High School Class of 1961, and attended IU for 2 years, Indiana Business College for 1 year. She was previously married to Robert Howard who has predeceased her.
Sandy is preceded in death by her sister Betty Warren, loving granddaughter Jessica Howard and grandson Bradley Kincanon.
Sandy is survived by her children Jeffrey R. Howard (Laurel), Becky L. Rinehart and Christine L. Howard (Brian), grandchildren; Ashley & Logan Kincanon, Dylan & Jenna Rinehart, Madeleine Howard, great-grandchildren; Savannah, Casey, Kolby & Brooklyn Leonard; Jeremiah & Isabella Cloud; Emilee Howard; Aria, Stormi & Skye Rinehart and significant another Bruce Miller.
