Service for Ms. Sarah Ann Starks will be held 12:00 pm, Saturday, August 27, 2022, at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home Peoples' Chapel, 5252 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, with visitation held from 10:00 am, until time of service at 12:00 pm.
Interment will follow at New Crown Cemetery, 2101 Churchman Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana.
