Sarah entered into eternal peace on July 16, 2024, she answered God’s summons to come home to a place where she’ll know no pain, no suffering, no crying and no worries.
Sarah loved working in her garden. She enjoyed cooking, entertaining, shopping, and helping other people. She would often drive people to their doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping, and to do any other errands they may have. She enjoyed listening to music and sometimes she would even cut a step or two.
People would be surprised to know she loved watching sports, soap operas and the news.
Most people in her circle knew her as Frances. Although we knew Sarah was her first name, we called her by her middle name (Frances).
Frances had a way about herself. When she met people, she always had a positive impact on them. Frances had a gift, a special way she could relate to people on all levels of life.
She seemed to form instant friendships with people she met. Kindness was one of many qualities that attracted people to her.
She was an excellent homemaker. You could often walk into her house and smell food cooking. The entire house would always smell like down home cooking. She always made everyone feel welcome by offering a meal. Frances took joy in her cooking and pride in keeping a clean home.
Although she had one biological son, she adopted and loved all children as her own, from nieces and nephews to neighborhood children.
Her kindness will transcend throughout many generations, and to the many people she has encountered throughout her lifetime. Her kindness will never be forgotten. Her memory will live forever through family and friends. She will be well missed and forever loved.
